Welcome to mollyprime.com. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make from Mollyprime. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We work to display our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently on different screens. All prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. Products are subject to availability, and we may change prices or discontinue items at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel any orders placed for it and will notify you and refund any amount charged.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

4. Shipping

Our standard shipping time is 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day count that day as the first business day; orders placed at or after 4:00 PM ET begin counting from the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, designs, prints, photographs, graphics, logos and the Mollyprime name — is owned by or licensed to Mollyprime and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or off-topic.

8. Prohibited use

• Using the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Site or its security.
• Scraping, copying or reselling Site content or products without our permission.
• Placing orders with stolen payment information or false details.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mollyprime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mollyprime harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to your use of the Site and to orders placed after that date.
